Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Magistrum Coprserve PVT LTD for your educational courses. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality learning experience for all our students. Please carefully read our refund policy before enrolling.
1. No Refunds After Class Commencement
Once the course fees have been paid and the classes have officially started, we do not offer any refunds. This policy is in place to ensure a serious and committed learning environment for all participants and to account for the resources and planning allocated for each class.
2. Refund Eligibility (Before Class Start)
Refunds are only available for cancellations made before the scheduled start date of the class. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request via email to sales@magistrum.net
Full Refunds: If a refund request is received at least 7 business days before the class start date, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.
Partial Refunds/Credit: Requests made within 7 business days of the class start date may be considered for a partial refund or class credit for future courses on a case-by-case basis.
3. Exceptions
No-Shows: Failure to attend the class does not entitle you to a refund.
Downloaded or Accessed Materials: Accessing or downloading any course materials, content, or software provided as part of the course before the class start date may void your eligibility for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to sales@magistrum.net with the following information:
Your full name
The name of the course you are enrolled in
Your order confirmation number
The reason for your cancellation request
We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Policy Changes
Magistrum Corpserve PVT LTD reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
